My focus is upon assisting you to correct existing problems, prevent recurrence
and improve ongoing methods. You will benefit from my experience and problem solving
ability. Often in business, as in life, the "doing" is the hard part - my consultancy
addresses this issue so that improved results are obtained on a consistent basis.
Attendees at my training sessions find
that in addition to debt collection techniques they also benefit from exposure to better
thinking skills which help them in their other work, and also their personal lives. One of
the keys to gaining the attention and interest of attendees is that they realise that the
training will not only help them with their work, but also personally. Since people naturally
absorb and act on things of self interest, this improves the training markedly. The key focus
of the training is of course debt collection - these other points are an underlying

I focus on and deal with the root causes of debtor
ledger related cash flow problems. My solutions address key systems with a focus on results
and workability, and attitudes - because actions flow from thoughts and change needs to be
addressed at the level where it will last.

When I train staff in
collection techniques, not only do I show them how to collect debt, but to do it in such
a way as to retain, and in some cases improve, client goodwill (not your average debt
collector!). Because of how I have designed and actually deliver your training,
staff retain more and go on to become doers. One of the reasons for this is
that I show them the benefits in the training for them in ways which appeal to their
sense of "what's in it for me" - they then pay much more attention and soak up the
information because it is "positively emotionally charged" for them. Trainees receive key
thinking skills which besides helping them collect debt more effectively, also help in their
other work, including their ability to relate to other staff members. They also benefit in
their personal lives too.
My training is not complicated or hard to understand,
though some aspects are profound. I know how to help people break free from limitations in
their thinking - good for them, good for their employer.
