Business development is connected with personal development simply because when you invest in your own personal growth, or that of your staff, it will help your business - whether you run a huge multinational company, a one person small business, or are just starting out.

I am a personal development expert. People issues are my forte. I am also a business person, and have been such for a long time. The pages in this section of my website are aimed at helping people find better solutions to their business needs. Not all pages are related to 'people stuff' - you will find information on practical ways you can improve your business and gain competitive advantage.

I like products and services which work really well, get results and are good value (which does not always mean cheap). Ideally they will be world class - top notch; frankly life is too short and valuable to waste on the "also rans".

My standards are high and I have put a lot of effort into finding really good products and services. I like to learn from the best too - the experts in their respective fields.
