About Me
Hello, my name is Alex Webley - Life Coach, Counselor, Executive
Coach; owner of Joy Wizard and the Black Shaman Website and Blog.
My approach to business, as in life, is to seek out and implement
best practice in areas which I love, enjoy and excel.
Life is too short and valuable to do otherwise.
Passion, fire, energy, dedication and joy are some of my hallmarks.
A key goal is to help as many people as possible before I leave this world.
There is a better way of doing - I will not settle for second best.
A page like this also helps to personalise things; so you know who you are dealing with - all too often on the
web we can be interacting with anonymous people. I come across many business websites where there isn't even a
phone number, let alone an address - hardly a good way of engendering trust.
Joy Wizard is the name of a business I run - I chose the name partly because I make a big
difference to people's lives with powerful techniques that are surprisingly straightforward and effective. This is
partly because I have had PERSONAL EXPERIENCE in overcoming severe difficulties myself. I did not simply learn just
from books, courses or helping others alone. I KNOW what works.
Like you, I have no time for waffle, half baked ideas, stuff that doesn't work or is just plain untrue.
My personal vision is to spend the rest of my life helping as many people as possible, primarily through
the field of personal development. The reasons I have this vision will become more apparent as
you delve deeper into my website and blog.
One of my aims is to dispel many of the myths surrounding personal
development and provide you, the reader, with information that will assist you in a real way that actually
works.
One myth is that personal development is hard work. Think so? Have a read of this article:
Is personal development hard work?
I have a key focus on truth - not my own opinion or my own idea of truth. After all, what use is
it really when we have a head full of stinking thinking?

I get a lot of referrals because I am good at what I do, am very reliable and timely. I respect my clients and
am not a "jack of all trades, master of none" - instead concentrating on my areas of expertise and delivering high
quality service.
I take my mission statement seriously and see it as part of a key foundation for good business practice and
developing quality relationships with clients. I am a lateral thinker with a diverse business and life experience,
at times using some very innovative and world leading techniques to achieve my goals.
- I love what I do; which means that I am good at it.
- I am not "cheap & nasty" because I am very good at what I do. My services are good value however.
- I do not take on work outside of my areas of expertise. I specialise and FOCUS.
- I am not interested in "making a quick buck" but in providing quality service.
- I work with people who value their time and who appreciate being able to outsource their requirements to
professionals with integrity. Many of these clients continue to send me repeat business and refer me to their
contacts.

Google Profile
Family History - This page is about an ancestor of mine - he looks like I did in my younger days:
Major General Alexander Carnegy, C.B., Bengal Army.
Anything, or anyone, I recommend also reflects on me, which means that links to other product/service sites are
those which I have found to be of a high standard. Life is for living to the full, time is short and very valuable
so I have no tolerance for the "also rans" or "second division". One of my philosophies is that if something is
worth doing, then it is worth doing well. That said, I cannot accept responsibility for your own personal
experience with third parties.
Linking policy: some links are what is called "affiliate links", others are not, however I do not list sites
just because I might derive an income as a result. There are many sites I could list, but don't, because it is an
important life principle to act according to genuine decent principles (an aspect of spirituality). Whilst I have
noticed that life goes much better when I do the right thing by others, it is not the reason I act that way.

Nobody is stronger, nobody is weaker than someone who
came back. There is nothing you can do to such a person
because whatever you could do is less than what has
already been done to him. We have already paid the price.

“If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your
victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds
against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when
there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.”
Winston Churchill

“The Nation that makes a great distinction between its scholars and its warriors will have its thinking done

Thucydides The father of scientific history

(A note about spelling: Sometimes you will see the same word spelt differently -
this is because I have clients worldwide and many of them use American spelling instead of the British/Australian
version. When people type search terms into a search engine they tend to use their natural/preferred language. So,
what may appear to be a spelling mistake is actually part of my search engine optimization strategy to help people
find me! e.g. Counsellor and Counselor.)
